Our Testimonials

A special thank you to Dr. Adam Rouan for the incredible care he gave my 7-month-old kitten.

She had quite a few issues, and Adam went above and beyond to figure out the best treatment with minimal side effects. This was particularly important since my kitten was so small at the time, and many medications carried risks. He was so patient and thorough, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the animals he looks after. I am very grateful that he treats her with so much care, has attention to detail and a sincere desire to help. And I think my adorable kitten stole his heart.

Also, a big thank you to the lovely ladies at reception, Serena and Jasmin, who are always so friendly and helpful, making every visit much easier and nurse Jessica with her sweet little Poppy that brightens everyone’s day.
You’ve all been amazing—thank you so much!

I took Minna, my 18 years old rescue dog to London Vet Clinic, to see Dr Bruce Fogle for a dental consultation, on 16th July 2024. Minna was attacked a few years ago and was severely traumatised. Visits to vets cause great anxiety in her. Instead of waiting inside, we sat on a chair outside, arranged by the considerate and kind staff in front of the clinic, and waited for our turn. Dr Fogle came out promptly, fully knowledgeable about Minna’s past, and examined her mouth outside where we were comfortably sitting. By examining Minna outside instead of in the consultation room he saved Minna from growing more anxious. He is the most CARING, confident and accommodating vet I have ever met and I could ever meet. The advice we were given was fully satisfactory and thoroughly favouring an old dog’s needs.

It was an honour to meet Dr Fogle.

We send him and his wonderful staff our heartfelt thanks.

I have been to many vets over the 15 years I’ve had dogs, and this place is by far the BEST place I have taken my dogs. The doctor I saw was Helen, and she was absolutely incredible. Lola’s check-up lasted 30 minutes, and every question I had was answered, every issue addressed, and Lola had a thorough check-up done. All healthy and good. The appointment didn’t feel rushed AT ALL, and I felt very comfortable and sensed a good vibe the whole time I was there.

I was never forced to give unnecessary vaccines to my dog, buy dog food from them, or get a dirty look when I told her my 8-year-old was not spayed. I find this is very common with many vets I’ve visited, which really puts me off. I find myself looking for a new vet every time they try to force their beliefs onto me and not respect my decision. I can already sense that I won’t be changing vets again anytime soon!

All the staff there were polite, kind, and so lovely. Lola walked away with a tummy full of treats too, so she wasn’t complaining either.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a place to take their dog and who genuinely cares about their dog’s health.

Bruce Fogle and his team are amazing vets. Have been able to diagnose even esoteric problems like our Westie who delveloped tremors (temporarily) after eating ivy…. and providing very compassionate care when we have had to say good bye to our beloved friend. Absolutely the best.
