Some airlines ask for a veterinary examination and ‘fit to fly’ Veterinary Health Certificate, between one and 10 days before the flight. Please check the time window with the airline you are using.  Please complete a Fit to Fly application.

This can be used for your flight to Europe and the onward continuing flight to the United States. Please complete one form for each dog or cat you are travelling with and send the forms to us. When we receive your completed documents we will contact you to arrange for an appointment and payment, which is £126.00.   Once payment is made we will review the information, get back to you if we need more information.
