We offer an initial behaviour consultation: This is a 30-minute appointment during which we determine whether your pet’s problem is a training, medicine, or behaviour issue. This brief assessment can help us determine the best course of action for you and your pet. This could include referring to a trainer, pursuing medical diagnostics, or scheduling a comprehensive behaviour assessment. You do not need to complete a pre-consultation questionnaire for this appointment. Please contact us on 020 7723 2068 to book an appointment.

  • This evaluation is recommended for complex behaviour problems that have multiple triggers, are severe, have been occurring for a long time, involving biting, are difficult to control, or may require medical and behavioural intervention.
