We offer an initial behaviour consultation: This is a 30-minute appointment during which we determine whether your pet’s problem is a training, medicine, or behaviour issue. This brief assessment can help us determine the best course of action for you and your pet. This could include referring to a trainer, pursuing medical diagnostics, or scheduling a comprehensive behaviour assessment. You do not need to complete a pre-consultation questionnaire for this appointment. Please contact us on 020 7723 2068 to book an appointment.

This evaluation is recommended for complex behaviour problems that have multiple triggers, are severe, have been occurring for a long time, involving biting, are difficult to control, or may require medical and behavioural intervention.
